It could be worse. I keep my can across the street where my cousin and a tennant live because it is a good place to keep it. One can is for me, one is for cousin and tennant. I pull it out to the curb and my cousin pulls it in after pickup. Do you think the tennant would ever pull them to the curb or take them in, no. The problem is that the tennant only takes out the trash once a month even though they produce a lot of trash. On the night before pickup if they need to put some in my can, no big deal. What they do is fill BOTH cans like an hour AFTER pickup and leave them at the curb so I have no place for my trash for the entire week. They know when pickup is and still screw up.
