If you can't take care of it man to man then go stand in front of a mirror - tell yourself your man enough to handle this and go help a neighbor out. Maybe thats the bill that breaks the camels back - maybe not, maybe he doesn't even know he has to pay it. but good grief just be a man and a neighbor and talk to him about it.
