I don`t try and dwell too much on the down side. Seems like no matter what goes with the economy, I`m gonna keep working, farming, hunting, fishing and enjoying my family.
I also have two boys that are on the verge of gun training, and hunting. They already follow me everywhere in the woods, on the lake, pheasant hunting. What a great way for me to slow down from a busy life and spend some guy time with my boys..
Family`s been in good health, business is holding it`s own, dad got remarried a month or so ago to a very nice gal. My wife had the opportunity to switch jobs and do something she has wanted to for a long time. It`s fun to see her doing what she feels she was meant to do, instead of just trading time for a paycheck.
I will be getting a few head of cattle here in a week or so, I gotta feed too many horses already, why not throw some cattle in the mix, right.
All in all life has treated us pretty good over the last year.. BW
