I just checked. Yes there is a brass elbow where you stated there should be....except the tube goes to the oil pressure gauge. I take by deduction that this should actually be a "T" fitting with one line going to the guage and the other line to the filter. Or...is there an outlet line from the filter housing back to the pressure gauge? Thank you ever so much!!! I love my little 8N tractor. Ford "N's" rock!
