My neighbor still has his little allis dozer that i have been contemplating on buying. I do now know its got a little 4 cylinder diesel engine. I really do not know much about these at all. However, the tracks are pretty tough. From my research I have narrowed it down to either a HD3 or and HD6. I am not too sure. I am going to look this weekend closer. The owner does know the motor has been overhauled once for sure. When they used it about 6 year ago, the tracks were having some issues coming off. He said he heated the tighteners a few times and tried to break then loose and tighten but not too much luck so they parked it. Any hints about these old toys for the tracks to be tightened? I can get it bought very very cheap so that is why I am wondering. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thank-you

Dad bought the 202 new in 1962, and I recall quite clearly going to the dealer with him to sign for it.
