Uh, oh, harvesting cattails and anything in a swamp means you'll be violating 85 laws and countless wetlands regulations. LOL. Like the guy in TX some years ago, they'll ruin your life. Imagine what it would have been like 100-200 years ago if the tree-huggers, EPA and state DEQ were around. There would not have been a tree cut or swamp filled in this country.
