It was quite a flood alright. Several roads and bridges were washed out here in Montcalm County,including one state highway. Cows were sinking to there knees in the pastures. We're at about 56 straight hours right now. I just had to go out with the box scraper and pull the slop out of the middle of the feedlot to get things running out across the field. Water from the eves and the driveway was running right back in to the barns. It just keeps picking up and raining harder. The cows even came up from pasture about an hour ago. Guess they've even had about enough of it.At least we're not getting the wind that they're getting south of here.
