I took Genny to electric repair shop. They could not get it to create a charge either! One odd thing is that when they opened the back up out popped a screw that was apparently loose inside the case. Best guess is that it nicked something. Keep in mind this was a brand new Genny from Yesterday's Tractors. They will make good on it but now I'm waiting another 7 to 9 days
