J there is no good remedy for thorns in tires. You can use the liners, be warned they are a pain in the rear to install. If you do opt to use them make sure the edges of them are perfectly smooth. If they arn't they will wear a hole in your tube. If the liner slips or moves it will take your valve stems off. After fixing hundreds of tires with green slime in them I can tell you DO NOT waste your money. at best it will slow the leaks down.
