I got 4 years out of my sawmill battery by making monthly hydrometer checks.Dont buy sealed batteries.These small batteries need a low charge rate, no need to cook them with trickle chargers or maintainers.Lawn mowers are used for 6 months then the batteries get zero attention for 6 months.If they are in a state of low charge they will freeze.Thats the end when frozen.
