I just disassembled the TA from a SMTA (same unit) and did not need any special tools. The inner parts were worn too much for just a roller & seal replacement so bought a rebuilt unit. Call Kevin Meier at 515-368-0533 to get accurate info on TA's. He works at the rebuild plant where the TA's are remanufactured. Great guy & willing to share info with fellow farmers & collectors.
