We bought a new JD "Compact Utility" about 3 years ago (Pretty sure on the timing, because we make the last payment next month)- first tractor we ever had that was less than 20 years old. Maybe Kubotas are just as good, but couldn't be any better, IMHO. The hydrostatic drive is about the handiest thing since sliced bread.
