Come-along & some chain. LOTS of work, and will take a while, but can be done. Just remember that a come-along only has a limited pulling distance, so you'll need provision to block the tractor & reset the come-along occasionally.
Another word of advice from personal experience, stay away from the e-cheapo come-alongs you see at Harbor Freight & similar stores. They'll work, after a fashion, but generally more trouble than they're worth, plus I never really trusted one to pull anything heavy. A good come-along is expensive, but worth every penny once you use it a few times.
Other methods described below will also work. Just make sure that the trailer is absolutely solidly blocked so it can't move before you try pulling with anything not attached to the trailer.
