Get a helper. Line up tractor wheels with trailer ramps. Block all trailer wheels so trailer cannot move. Disconnect tow vehicle from trailer. Run cable or chain from tow vehicle over trailer and hook to tractor. Slowly pull foward with tow vehicle and pull tractor up on trailer. Have helper steer and apply brakes on tractor as needed. You can also load it alone with a come a long or a chain hoist. Takes a while though as you go a little, stop, lock up tractor, extend come a long line and go a little more repeating process until tractor is on the trailer. Have done it all three ways. Winch sure makes job easier though.
