Got several buffed or blemished tractor and combine tires from Tire Town and they all outlasted other new Firestone or Goodyear from local dealer at fraction of the cost. Some blemished tires may have rough finish on sidewalls or tread so not a tire for nit picking show tractor people. If not mounting yourself make sure to find a independent dealer that will mount them for you and get a set quote on that.
