hi mahias yes it doeshave a flow control lever but dosent make a difference it used to work reasonably when i got it first lets say i didnt notice any thing wrong or different, but gradually over time it has got to the stage where i have to stand on the arms to get it to go down even when i am dropping the pick-up hitch the weight of the hitch is insuffient to dorp it. when dropping the lift arms there is a slight jumping motion in the arms do you know how the hydraulic leavers can be checked to determine if they are set in the correct position as the lift lever had to be replaced at one stage and i wonder if it was put back in the right position ?? any help or ideas are appreciated
