I have a G-230 and a G-262 in the back yard at this moment. The G-262 in on my C-II Gleaner fueled by LP. The G-230 engine is off of a JUNK A-II Gleaner I bought a couple of years ago after Fescue season for $50.00. Both engines run like a top. The ONLY thing I have done to the G-262 is change the oil, replace the points with a Pertronix unit. replace the generator with an alternatot for NEG. Ground and replace a front crank seal that was getting oil on the Hyd. Pump belt. I wish I could find a set of LP pistons and an LP carb/demand regulator for the G-230. I want to us it to power a back-up generator. Does these engine have an SAE bellhousing face or something else? Kent
