Over 20 bucks to fill the jug for my LAWNMOWER!!! Talked to a guy the other day, he said he doesn't buy lawnmower gas any more, because the cost makes him so mad- just siphons it out of his pickup as needed, doesn't seem to bite as much that way. I just came in from my weekly Monday morning sojourn to Safeway for my salad stuff for lunches- tomatoes $3.69 a lb., stupid SQUASH, of all things, buck sixty nine- remember when they couldn't give them away at 2 bits a lb.? Blueberries, $8.99 for less than a lb. in a plastic container!!! BTW, I sprung for the tomatoes, but looks like I won't be eating blueberries until my bushes ripen. Things ain't lookin' good, boys. . .
