was trap shootin with some friends in the field one time, my buddie brought his grandad with him, grandad had an old winchester 12ga breech load single shot. grandad says here give er a try. the gun was well worn, no butt plate on the stock, just kinda sanded smooth. ok. pulled the hammer back, hollered PULL!!! squeezed the trigger, gun went off, kicked like a mule, my thumb bumped the breech release, ejected the shell, put a dent in my forehead, knocked my hat and glasses off, shoulder hurt like heck , i turned around kinda dazed, grandad was laughin like crazy. yup he says does that every time!!!! i never shot that gun again.
