I suffered a torn miniscus and torn ligaments in my right knee on Apr. 19th. I underwent the arthroscopic surgery June 4th. The soreness and flexability was improving prior to the surgery. The surgery was somewhat of a setback. I think I am a little better off now at 3+ weeks post-op. The Dr. told me on June 18th to do what I am comfortable doing and come back in 3 weeks. My knee is still swollen and still doesn't bend as far as it should, but I notice a slight improvement each day.
