Dunno why everyone seems to have so much trouble with them. It's just a CAV fuel system, rather unremarkable though it is. Check that you have a good flow of fuel into the filter housing and that there is a good steady flow out the bleeder when you open that. Next, pull the shutoff, open the bleeder on the side of the pump housing and crank the engine until fuel shoots out that bleeder. Close it and push the shutoff in. Now open all 3 lines at the injectors, set the throttle to full and crank until you have good shots of fuel at each injector. Close the lines and start her up......
You also need to find the source of that fuel leak. Where fuel is coming out, air is going in... and that's likely the source of your problem.
