Common tractors sell for more in pieces. There is a green parts dealer here that will take complete tractors and part them out, then what won't sell goes to the scrapper. If i don't like that, i have two options; pay his price for complete ones, or outbid him at sales. I don't like it either, but it's his buisness. I only part out stuck or broken tractors, myself. But i also don't deal in the high dollar stuff, either. And i'm not making a living at it, just hobby money and dealing/meeting with new folks. It's all about the difference between a buisness and a hobby. I'll take the hobby.
