The clutch is on the left and the brake is on the right. The other two pedals to the rear are the individual brake pedals used to help turn.
Make sure that you have oil in the crankcase and coolant in the radiator. Fresh gas should be in the tank and the tank valve should be open. Put you foot on the clutch and press it down. Turn on the key and move the shift lever from neutral over to the right and up to the start (S) position and the engine should turn over.
