Well I had cut about three acres of hay down and then six inches of rain came and flooded the field. It put cut hay in the creek,trees, and swirled it into piles in the field. I have been trying to bust up the hay piles from the flood and get them dry enough to bale up and get rid of. I finally got them broke apart but it will be days before they get dry enough if it does not rot first. What a mess. I'm glad i did not cut the whoe field. Does anyone know of a better way to get rid of this flooded hay mess.
