Well Florida better look out over their coast because right now China and Cuba are working together drilling for oil 60 miles off their coast. I also heard they are to be drilling at an angle so it places the well right under US. Now why don't we drill for ourselves ? Last oil refinery built here was 37 years ago too. There was still some oil and gas to be had out of the old abandoned oil wells here , but the government made you cap them.
