last time i checked bobcat was not owned by a korean company... it was owned by melroe and associates or something like that...
i do know bobcat is the only one to have there excavators manufactured in the good ole us of a.
But BOBCAT is the only brand i will recommend and run for the skidsteer and excavator quality. the only other excavator i would recommend would be kubota.
I have rented from caterpillar before and since i have trouble getting equipment before they close. but the guy at bobcat will actually bring the equipment to his house so i could pick it up. In fact i had a piece of equipment rented when the tornado hit my house. the equipment had to be turned in the next day. so when i went in to bobcat the next day and told my friend that the tornado had hit my house and there were trees everywhere he gave it to me for an extra day and he even gave me the grapple for free. In fact when i was talkn to my friend at bobcat about having trouble gettin the equipment the owner was standing near and told my friend to leave and do what he had to do to get me the equipment.
I no i wouldnt get that kind of service from Cat or New holland... and those arent the only times that he has done something for me.
