I DID!!! Man I didnt know what I was missing! So far, my mileage is better than my Stroke, but it doesnt hold as much fuel. The power of this Duramax is outstanding, and the Allison makes it so much better to boot. Had i not gotten the deal I got on his thing, I would have opted for a 6.0 gas, but af ter several conversations with DMAX owners, Im glad i went the diesel route. It may be more at the pump, but hopefully it will do as Im told and get on up more as I break it in.(I guess somebody is going to come on and give me a lecture about how wrong I am about it, but I dont care, Been there Done that!
