Best way? Disassemble injector completely and soak in carbuerator cleaner. Clean, reassemble with clean diesel, and take it to your nearest fuel injection shop for testing and resetting.
Best let a good fuel shop do it for you. Cleaning very seldom fixes problems with diesel injectors. Recommend replacing with new nozzles.
