Don't see any improvement. I work 40 hrs a week and raises the past 5 years have not exceeded 3 % and are under 2% most years. The greed is at the top. They keep telling the guys in the trenches how much everything is going up (health care) but the CEO and BOD keep cashing in stock options for tens of millions. There is no way the working man can keep up with the cost considering everything that is affected by higher fuel cost. Read this morning electical rates will rise due to increased natural gas prices. JMO
