Very good advice below. I like to keep things as simple as possible and try the easy stuff first. I would completely drain all the fuel and install new fuel filters and new fuel, making sure you bleed the fuel system good. Make sure none of your fuel lines are clogged or sucking air since the tractor has been sitting for awhile. If this didn't help I'd check the pump timing and then the compression. If all this checks out I'd take the injector pump to a reliable shop and have it checked out.
