You ned some one that has been there befor. Leathers worn out Punp rod broken pipe has hole in it pipe is broken or unscrewed.. this is the worst and needs an expert to pull the sections with the rod only or you will drop the whole thing. People arond here are use to doing that sort of thing but call a well man. expect to spend money. 300 foot needs a tower or mast to pull. Get a well man. Deep well submersibles are so much better.
