I currently have four of them and my neighbor has three. One of his used to be mine, I sold it to him when it was ten years old and it still had the original battery on it. I have never done anything but routine maintenence to mine. I am not a row crop farmer but I am a stock farmer and raise a lot of hay. We square bale and round bale in two different counties, I pull a 15" flex wing cutter, 12" no-till drill, and feed hay in the mud and snow all winter. To date, we have done nothing to any of them. Wish I could say the same for the so called superior 4000 and 5000 series Deere"s I have had and still have.
