I had purchased a new polan saw in 05, used around the home place and had less than 50 hours on it. Would not crank. Took to polan service shop few miles from the house, was told had leaned it self out and burned hole in piston. Wrote letter to Electrox, they mfg polan products, and got letter back with two line. Sorry you have problems with your saw. Nothing we can do. Thanks for your letter. Still have the say in wellhouse, just sitting there, if you want will send to you. Had 14 inch bar.
