Yes looks a little wet. Never stops the neighbor. He does it every year, makes a horrid mess of clods with a disk and never gets them broken up. Unless a minor miracle occurs, that being gentle and timely rains, he suffers a tough looking stand whether it be beans,corn or wheat, that yields poorly. But he is 85 years old, a real nice fellow, and debt free, therefore has more than earned the "right" to farm anyway he chooses. The soil conservation distict finally got him to park the plow. Now if only he had a little more patience with that disk or use my cultimulcher...
