He might be the best neighbour you ever had too.... We have a guy that moved in around here about 10 years ago. He minds his own business, doesn't complain about what any of the locals do and actually enjoys playing around farming himself. He hires us to do some work for him now and then too. He's not easy to deal with when money is involved, but his word is his bond. Once you actually have a deal, he does stick to it. I don't care for the way our assessments have been driven up by the value of his property that surrounds us, but he works at keeping his assessment down too. Overall we've gotten along quite well with him as opposed to some of the trash from town that's moved in near some of our fields. We have a lot more trouble from them than we do from him. Give the guy a chance. You might get on quite well with him.
