Not much you can do. Probably the chords got broken or bent from sitting so long. Was there any fluid in the tires while sitting that long? The extra weight makes it worse yet. Even sitting over the winter my tires get flat spots and it takes a nice little cruize to work them out. I jack them up a little and that helps take some of the weight off.
