It's that over-center snap clutch on the right side of the main shaft.
Someone has been into it since I tho, 'cause that tin cover is missing. For some reason that fact just drives me up a wall. Gotta find one of those little gizmos. :>)
Really, really getting impatient to get that engine hauled up on top and running. Gotta get all these "live" shafts repaired first tho. :>(
