The carburetor inlet screen is plugged nearly solid. Or the float needle valve is worn to a shoulder so it sticks closed and just lets a dribble of fuel into the carburetor. Pull the drain plug and after the contents of the carburetor dump, I expect to see just a drip. Then you have to find where the obstruction to fuel flow is. Been there, done that on more than one tractor in the past two years. Gerald J.
