The spline on your tractor is the standard for a 540 rpm pto. If your tiller is esigned to run on 540, any goos tractor/implement dealer will have the yoke for your u-joint at the front of the tiller shaft. You'll just need to have somebody to weld it on.
What I don't know is the size and spline count on ptos of other speeds like 1000 rpm. I know it's a different size so you can't hook up to the wrong one. What it likely boils down to is the input speed required for your tiller. If the tiller is geared for a higher input rpm, it may not be compatible with your tractor. If that's the case, I think I'd look for a diffrent tiller before I'd change out the yoke.
