Best option depends on your situation. If you are pressed for time an auction is fast -everything sold in one day. If you have the time and inclination to sell yourself you MAY get a little more money in the end , and not pay an auctioneer. Alot depends on condition of this equipment. Either way , if you have the time to get things running, fix tires etc, it'll bring more than "as is " if "as is " = poor, not usable condition . Scrap is high now so if some of it is real rough thats where it will end up no matter how you sell it. I guess it would depend on how much time you have to spend on things and how nearby you are whether you cna sell it yourself. As mentioned you could list a few items on this site's classifieds, craigs list, local paper etc and see what happens . If it doesnt work you can allways call the auctioneer.Good luck .
