WHY they made "such a stupid thing" as non-adjustable small engine carburetors... DO NOT blame Briggs. Blame your congressmen and mine, and everyone else's who "sold out" to the "tree huggers" and gave the EPA the power to regulate OPE engines.
It's as simple as that... the EPA says small engine carbs can no longer be adjustable.
