A friend brought me a cheap little push mower to work on said the carb needed adjusting. I start it up and it is reving high then low over and over (dont know better term). Its got a little Briggs on it with a "Pulsa-Prime" carb. So I pull out my shop manuel and it basically says clean fuel inlet screen if that doesnt work replace unit. What the heck! Why would they make such a stupid thing. I mean every carb should have some adjustment.
I guess it all goes back to you get what you pay for!
