Is a shovel better than a fork? About the only thing that C has over the 9N is ground clearance and a little more horsepower. If it's a narrow front (tricycle) (and most every one I ever saw was) then there's something of a stability issue reference the 9N. Neither one has live PTO but the Ford came with 3 point hitch. It could be added to the C. They're both good machines but they are not necessarily interchangable.
