Your picture is of the remote valve. There is no rear pump- the pump is a two part deal (2 pumps in one, located behind a cast iron plate on the left side of the tractor, under the floor board, as best I can remember. I think the smaller capacity pump runs the 3 point, and the larger capacity pump runs everything else. So if the 3 point and the loader work, both pumps are working. I think you simply have a siezed (or rusted) remote valve. The lever should move forward and back easily. I think you need to finish taking the valve off and apart, and see what's going on inside.
