If it was me, I wood jack up each rear wheel one at a time...block the wheels that are on the ground,put it in nutral and spin the wheel,see if it is out of round... you may try putting something like a pointer next to the tire...
Could be axel or the wheel is bent?... Get on the tractor ,start engine at idle put in low gear watch each wheel...
Turn the wheel in differn't spots, release, see if tire has heavy area...
