All the brand-names come with options - so much depends on HOW you actually order the barn - NOT the brand name. You can get heavier trusses, more poles, more girting, etc.
I'm considering getting a barn put up right now. I have always built my own - but this one is on land I own 1000 miles away. For a 50'X 30' barn, with painted steel, 10' ceiling, vapor-barrier, slider main and one 32" entrance door, and 60 lb. roof load - I can buy the materials-kit for $6500. I can get the same half-installed with all posts in the ground and trusses installed for and extra $1500, or have the whole thing installed by a crew for a total price of $10,000.
