It is nice to see guys getting back in though! I'm not to worried about the equipment, theres plenty 1960's, 70's and 80's stuff out there and fairly easy to work on.
I'm sure the real big guys don't like it, but its good for America to see more active 200 acre farms. That way instead of being a number in a huge 2000 acre farm, another owner, plus his relatives or neighbors get the opportunity to make a little money and learn/experience farming.
There is NOTHING good that comes out of voluntarily getting out! Look around, how many people that sold off their ground in the 1970's and 1980's are seeing the benefits? The money was spent long ago and there is nothing to show for it. Or the land still provides income, but two or three relatives or neighbors lost the opportunity to experience farming. Anytime I see a complete equipment auction I cringe.
