Lanse, are you talking about the key and the set screw that holds it into place? If so I drilled and tapped the hole to the next biggest size in the past when they are really messed up. Or you can take the pulley off and re-tap the same hole same size, same thread pitch. But make sure the pullies are in-line when reinstalling, Belts flying off at random times makes for a aggravating day. DTURKE
