My question is why do prices vary so much? You will see stations within a mile of each other with as much as .40/gal difference in price. Why is diesel more than regular when it used to be way less than regular? Even more bad news, copied this from Congressman Hensarling"s site - "Last week, House Leadership proposed a budget for the fiscal year 2009, which weighs in at nearly $3.1 trillion and contains the largest tax increase in American history. If not prevented, this tax hike will cost the average American family $3,135 a year".
