I know this is NOT a tractor question, but I know there are a lot of "experienced" people who read this forum. So if you are only wanting "tractor" questions, you might want to stop reading this post now!! My question is that my 1994 Chevy pickup with a 6.5L diesel will not start. The "Wait To Start" light does NOT come on along with all the other lights on the dash. The guages do NOT work either. Radio, heater motor, head lights DO work. I am NOT getting power INTO and out of 8 of the 17 fuses in the fuse panel under the steering wheel. Does someone know if there is a relay somewhere that could be bad? Someone mentioned maybe a bad ignition switch. The engine will turn over good, but will not "fire" The fuses that are not getting power are the glow-plug and fuel solenoid along with some others, so we are not getting fuel. The lift pump in the tank sounds like it is working. I am thinking this is an electrical problem, NOT a fuel problem. Someone out there ever had this problem? What was the fix? Thanks.
